What’s the difference between Model CB4CT and Model CB4DT?
The only difference between these two models is their built-in memory capacity. The CB4CT comes with 2GB RAM + 16GB ROM, while the CB4DT features 4GB RAM + 32GB ROM. All other performance specs and functions are exactly the same across both models.
Why won’t my CarPlay or Android Auto connect, or why does it not auto-connect after the first time?
To connect CarPlay/Android Auto, keep both your phone’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled. Auto-reconnect requires both to remain on too. If either is off, you need to manually reconnect. Please consult your user manual for details.
I can’t connect to Wi-Fi. What should I do?
1)Restart your device. 2) In Wi-Fi settings, “Forget This Network” and reconnect by re-entering the password. 3) Check for system updates. Also, verify your router uses WPA2-Personal encryption, as WEP or WPA3 may cause connection issues.
Why does the image appear blurry or not fit my car’s display correctly?
If your car’s screen resolution is lower than the standard required for our product (1920×720 p or higher), you may notice a blurry picture or reduced image quality. This often results from differences in vehicle models and display specifications.
What should I do if the product won’t turn on or connect to my car?
Some car USB ports lack sufficient power, which may cause startup failure or unstable performance. Use the included Y-shaped USB cable: connect it to your vehicle’s cigarette lighter for stable power and reliable operation.
